Mark Neely is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as Associate Director of Process Optimization at Alcon since May 2017, Mark has previously held various roles at the company, including Process Optimization Manager and Principal Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a consultant position at Porsche Consulting from April 2015 to May 2017 and several engineering roles at Newell Rubbermaid and Boeing. Mark’s expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is complemented by a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University. Notable contributions include leading the process transfer of the Lightstream 3 Manufacturing Process and serving as a subject matter expert through an international assignment in Germany.
