Melissa Bigham has extensive experience in the optometry and sales marketing fields. Currently serving as Sales Marketing Manager at Alcon since June 2013, Melissa has also held the positions of National Sales Manager and Medical Sales Representative within the company. Prior to this, Melissa worked as an Optometrist at SOS Optometrists from November 2009 to May 2013 and as a Junior Optometrist at Style in Sight Optometrist from February 2008 to September 2009. Melissa began a career in the industry as a Front Liner at Gateway Optometrist from February 2004 to November 2007. Melissa obtained a Bachelor of Optometry degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2004 and 2007 and completed secondary education with a Matric Certificate at Danville Park Girls’ High School from 1999 to 2003.
