Mike Daniel

Mike Daniel has over 30 years of experience in field service operations and management within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Field Service Operations at Alcon, a Novartis company since February 2016, Mike previously held the position of Director National Field Service at Bayer HealthCare from January 2013 to February 2016, where the division was formerly known as MEDRAD Service. Earlier in his career, Mike spent over two decades at Medrad in various roles, including General Manager of Imaging Services and National Service Manager. Mike’s professional journey began at GE as a Field Engineer from 1983 to 1989. Academically, Mike holds an MBA in Business from Woodbury University and a BSEET in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
