Natalie Herman

Natalie Herman has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Natalie began their career as a Senior Accountant at Bayer CropScience in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Natalie then moved to Alcon, where they held various roles including Chief Accountant, Financial Reporting Manager, CFO at Alcon Ukraine LLC, Ukraine Cluster CFO, and most recently, Head of Finance for the Eastern Europe Cluster (8 markets). Their tenure at Alcon lasted from 2002 to 2020.
