Norberto Pacheco

Norberto Pacheco has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Global Engineering & Real Estate at Alcon since July 2009, where responsibilities include global portfolio oversight, capital project management, and real estate strategy support. Previous roles at Alcon include Senior Project Manager and Engineering Manager, focusing on project leadership for manufacturing renovations and overseeing maintenance operations. Prior experience includes project and packaging management at Abbott, and various engineering positions at Eli Lilly and Company, where efforts involved Lean Six Sigma initiatives and engineering project leadership in pharmaceutical facilities. Norberto holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNAM.
