Pavel Gavrylov

Pavel Gavrylov has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across prominent healthcare organizations. Since July 2015, Pavel has served as the Head of Legal and Compliance for Central and South Eastern Europe at Alcon, previously holding the position of Head of Legal and Compliance for Ukraine and the Baltics. Prior to Alcon, Pavel was the Head of Legal for Ukraine in the Consumer Health Division at Novartis from July 2013 to June 2015, and worked as a Legal Counsel at Delta Medical from November 2010 to July 2013, as well as at Integrites from October 2009 to November 2010. Pavel holds a Master's degree in International Law from the State University of Trade and Economics.
