Qian Zhang

Qian Zhang, Ph.D. has a strong background in reliability engineering and has held various roles in different companies. They started their career at Dell in 2004 as a Laptop Reliability Engineer, focusing on the physics of failure. From 2007 to 2011, Qian worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Reliability Engineer, managing the quality and reliability of All in One printers and tablets. At CareFusion, from 2011 to 2013, they served as a Principal Reliability Engineer, leading reliability improvement efforts for automated medicine dispensing equipment. Qian then joined Microsoft in 2013 as a Senior Reliability Engineer, working on game controllers, eMMC, storage, power supply, and Wifi modules.
