Sakuna Sarai

Sakuna Sarai brings extensive experience in human resources across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region, currently serving as Head of HR for Thailand and APAC HRBP Franchise at Alcon since April 2018. Prior roles include Senior People Manager at Tesco Lotus, Group HR Director at Index Creative Village, and Human Resources Manager at Adidas. Earlier experience includes positions at TOA Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd, PepsiCo, and Lufthansa, where foundational HR skills were developed. Sakuna holds a Master's degree in Human Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Thammasat University.
