Sean Powell

Sean Powell, O.D., M.S., is the Senior Director of Global Surgical Sales Training at Alcon, where they currently lead training initiatives in the surgical division. Previously, Sean served in various roles at Alcon, including Brand Manager and Professional Education Speaker, and was involved in clinical research as a Senior Research Optometrist at Vistakon. Sean also owned and operated 20/20 Eye Care, a primary eye care clinic, and had clinical experience as an Independent Clinical Investigator. Sean earned both a Doctor of Optometry and a Master's of Science in Vision Science from The Ohio State University.
