Traci Purcell

Traci Purcell has a strong background in Human Resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Traci began their career at Nokia as an HR Specialist and worked there for 10 years. Traci then joined Cadbury Schweppes as a Senior Data Analyst for a year. After that, they joined the Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where they held multiple positions including HR Application Support Manager, Senior HRIS and Reporting Manager, and HRIS and Reporting Director. In 2019, Traci joined Alcon as the Global Director of HR Shared Services and later transitioned to the role of Global Director of HR Innovation. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing innovative HR strategies and initiatives, optimizing talent acquisition and performance management, and driving the organization's HR transformation journey.

Traci Purcell attended Collin College from 2013 to 2019. Traci obtained additional certifications including "Coaching for Results" from LinkedIn in 2022 and "How to Train Your Brain For Happiness" from LinkedIn in 2021.
