Vikram Pai M serves as the Conv AI/ML Delivery Lead at Alcon since May 2024, previously holding the position of Senior Engagement Manager at Quantiphi from December 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included delivering medium to large scale conversational AI solutions using the Google CCAI product suite. With over 15 years of experience, Vikram has also excelled as the Conversational AI CoE Lead and Technology Lead at Tech Mahindra, focusing on intelligent automation and ETL process optimization. Additional experience includes an IT Officer role at Canara Bank RRB, contributing to core banking solutions and mobile applications, along with work as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, developing ETL and reporting solutions, and as a Technical Associate at Aditya Birla Minacs. Vikram holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from The Oxford College of Engineering.
