Whitney Trammell

Whitney Trammell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee experience. Currently serving as the Global Director of Employee Experience & Culture at Alcon since 2019, Whitney leads the enterprise strategy for employee engagement and organizational culture. Previously held roles at Alcon include Global Director of Culture & Employee Brand, HR Head for US Commercial, and Sr. HR Business Partner, during which strategic advisory was provided to senior leaders, focusing on succession planning and employee development. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner for Manufacturing and Technical Operations, where Whitney developed several key initiatives such as an onboarding program and recognition systems. Before Alcon, Whitney spent over five years at The Container Store in various roles, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Whitney Trammell earned a BBA in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Arlington.
