Anastasiya Khval

Anastasiya Khval serves as the Head of Human Resources at Alconost Inc, a position held since February 2019 after progressing from the role of HR Manager. Initially, Anastasiya joined Alconost when the HR function was nascent, focusing on establishing formal processes to support a growing team. Prior to Alconost, experience at EY from November 2016 to July 2019 involved analysis of large databases, documentation management, and support in financial reporting. Anastasiya holds a Master’s degree in Top Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics for Managers from Belarusian State Economic University.
