Alfredo Alvarez

Alfredo Alvarez began their work experience as an IT Technician at LABORATORIO DR.ECHEVARNE in 1989. From 1991 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Central Services at General Lab. In 2008, they became the CIO of Iberia at LABCO DIAGNOSTICS, a role they held until 2014 when they transitioned to the position of Senior Director of IT Group Operations. In 2017, Alvarez joined SYNLAB International as the Group Head of IT Infrastucture, and later, they took on the role of Head of Group Data Centers. In 2022, they became the Head of Medical Applications at SYNLAB International. Since 2019, Alvarez has also worked as the CIO of SYNLAB Services SL.

Alfredo Alvarez obtained their degree in Telecommunications as an Engineer from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they studied from 1987 to 1999.
