Mathieu Floreani

Mathieu Floreani is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the international healthcare and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Group CEO of SYNLAB International since September 2017, Floreani oversees a major European medical diagnostics leader with over 23,000 employees and significant operations across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Previously, Floreani held the position of CEO at DHL Global Forwarding Americas, where leadership spanned several countries from Canada to Argentina, managing a business worth 3.2 billion Euros. Earlier career milestones include transforming operations as President & CEO in Canada and serving as VP Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, contributing to substantial growth and customer satisfaction improvements. Floreani's experience also encompasses a role as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and organizational engagements, and serving as Regional General Manager at TOTAL Chemicals - Sigmakalon. Floreani holds an MBA in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
