Matt Gilfillan

Matt Gilfillan is a seasoned professional in construction management with significant experience in water and wastewater treatment projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Administration at ALCOSAN since October 2022, Matt is overseeing the expansion of the organization's plant, aiming to enhance treatment capacity from 250 MGD to 600 MGD. Prior to this role, Matt was a Project Manager at Kokosing Industrial from January 2011 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing construction crews, budgets, safety, and project schedules for treatment plants. Matt's career began at Roman Mosaic & Tile Company as a Co-op/Laborer, focusing on project estimation and material procurement from June 2006 to August 2010. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2008 and 2012.
