Tawanda Stamps

Tawanda Stamps has extensive experience in procurement and contract administration, currently holding a position in Procurement at ALCOSAN since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tawanda spent nearly 25 years at the University of Pittsburgh, culminating in the position of Director of Contract Administration & Procurement, along with previous roles as Senior Manager and Contract Administrator. Tawanda's career began at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities included serving as Contract Administrator from 1993 to 2000. Tawanda is an alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh.
