Caitlyn Zmroczek has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alcott HR since August 2021, following progressive roles in the organization. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Human Resources Generalist at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP from January 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included onboarding new employees, conducting training development meetings, and managing employee relations matters. Caitlyn began their career as an Administrative Assistant, coordinating logistics for company training events and generating feedback surveys. Caitlyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph's University New York from 2017 to 2019.
