Sonia Robayo has extensive experience in administrative and benefits-related roles, currently serving as a Benefits Assistant at Alcott HR since September 2021. Prior to this position, Sonia held various roles at The TemPositions Group of Companies from November 2003 to August 2020, including Night Coordinator for School Professionals and Recruiter. Earlier career experiences include positions at Wyndham Hotel as a waitress, Artefacta as an Administrative Assistant for the General Manager, and Compania de Cervezas Nacionales as Secretaria Vicepresidencia Finanzas. Sonia completed the 5th level of ESL at Suffolk County Community College in 2000 and attended Universidad Laica 'Vicente Rocafuerte de Guayaquil in 1989-1990.
