Shannon Smith, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at ALCOVA Mortgage since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at Family Insight, P.C. from May 2017 to May 2023, including Director of Human Resources, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, among others. Shannon's professional journey began at Cave Spring Baptist Church as a Childcare Provider from January 2010 to May 2017. Shannon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology from Jefferson College of Health Sciences and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Virginia Western Community College.
