Jennifer Barber

Jennifer Barber is a seasoned professional in sales training and performance development, currently serving as the Commercial Sales Training and Effectiveness Senior Manager at Alcresta Therapeutics since October 2025. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Nestlé Health Science from April 2007 to October 2025, including Senior Manager, Sales Performance Development, where national training initiatives were created for Sales Field Level Managers and National Accounts. Jennifer also functioned as a Field Sales Trainer, leading account strategy execution and collaborating on training content, as well as working in GI Critical Care Specialty Sales to optimize patient care through specialized consultation on nutrition therapies. Jennifer's educational background includes an MBA from Canisius University and a BS in Dietetics from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
