Sergio Lima

Sergio Lima started their work experience in 1992 at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they worked as a Telecommunications Technician until 1996. Sergio then joined ALCTEL, where they worked as a Director from August 1996 until February 2017. After that, they became the CEO of ALCTEL in February 2017.

Sergio Lima's education history starts with their completion of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Artificial Intelligence from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which took place from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2019 to 2021. Back in 2002 to 2004, Sergio attended Centro Universitário UNA, where they studied Systems Management, Networks, and LAN/WAN Administration. Furthermore, they obtained a Technical degree in Electronics from Colégio Cotemig from 1990 to 1992.
