An earlier career includes roles as Sales Trainer and Senior Account Manager at ADLER MANUFACTURING LIMITED, Sales Manager at David Lloyd Leisure, and General Manager at Fitness First Health Club. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies from De Montfort University, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
