Ben Jenkins

Ben Jenkins has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ben is currently serving as the Global Vice President of Product at Alcumus since September 2021. Previously, Ben worked at BT from 2012 to 2021, holding several key positions including Head of Product & Capability Transformation, Head of Product & Trading Operations, Head of Mobile Product, and Senior Product Manager. Ben'sresponsibilities at BT involved product roadmap ownership, team management, budget management, customer acquisition, retention, profitability, and execution of pricing and promotional changes. Prior to joining BT, Ben worked at Openreach as an Ethernet Product Manager, where they successfully implemented process and systems changes resulting in significant cost avoidance. Before that, they served as an Area Manager at Aldi Stores Ltd.

Ben Jenkins obtained their MEng degree in Chemical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Manchester between 2003 and 2007.
