Lucy Keen has a Bachelor's Degree in Language and Communication from Swansea University. Lucy has held various roles in recruitment and talent management at companies such as Alcumus, Future, GoCo Group, Acorn Recruitment Ltd, and Office Angels. Currently, at Alcumus, Lucy is the Talent & Recruitment Manager, leading the recruitment function in the UK. Prior to that, Lucy has experience in driving operational efficiencies and delivering talent programmes globally.
