Rebecca Sperti

Rebecca Sperti's work experience begins in 2001 at Capita, where they served as an Internal Account Manager & Bid Administrator. Rebecca later became a Business Development Manager and eventually a Sales Director, overseeing the launch of Constructionline in new private sector markets and founding the Construction Industry Advisory Group. In 2016, Rebecca joined Centrica as the Head of Construction Sales and subsequently became the Head of Sales for British Gas Business Services, where they transformed sales functions and achieved significant revenue growth. Following that, they worked at Causeway Technologies as the VP of Sales for Procure to Pay Solutions. Currently, Rebecca holds the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at Alcumus, focusing on building resilient supply chains through their supply chain compliance platform.

Rebecca Sperti completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in business from Henley Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they attended the Insititue of Leadership & Management in 2012-2013, focusing on Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education.
