Alexandre Nogues

Alexandre NOGUES is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate promotion and consulting. As Associé & Fondateur at VAUBAN PATRIMOINE SCA since April 2017, Alexandre focuses on residential property development in the Grand-Duché. In parallel, Alexandre co-founded Alcyone Consulting in January 2021, which provides project governance, technical expertise, and compliance services in the region. Additionally, as Managing Partner at ALCYONE & ASSOCIES since September 2007, Alexandre oversees multiple subsidiaries, including VAUBAN PATRIMOINE and Alcyone Consulting. Previous experience includes co-founding ALCYONE CAPITAL, where responsibilities ranged from M&A advisory to business development, and internships at Ernst & Young and Lazard in transaction advisory and M&A departments, respectively. Alexandre NOGUES holds a Master's degree in Finance & Fiscalité from ESCP Business School.
