Currently serving as Process Excellence Manager at ALD Automotive UK since May 2016, Richard previously held multiple roles at AXA UK from June 2009 to August 2015, including Business Change & Process Improvement Consultant and Project Implementation Manager, where efforts focused on enhancing HR processes and global performance management systems. Richard's career at AXA, which spanned nearly two decades from September 1990 to June 2009, included roles such as HR Project Manager and Culture Change Trainer/Consultant, where initiatives were geared towards system implementation and employee training.
