Erik Staat

Erik Staat has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Erik started their career in 2002 as a Market Development Manager at LeasePlan Corporation NV. From 2007 to 2013, they held various roles at LeasePlan Nederland N.V., including Business Development Manager and Marketing Director, where they achieved significant growth in the SME segment and positioned LeasePlan as a key opinion leader in the Dutch automotive industry. In 2013, they joined LeasePlan Supply Services AG as a Senior Manager Operational Excellence, focusing on improving operational processes and implementing shared KPIs. In 2016, they became the Director of Operational Excellence and Head of Global Operations at LeasePlan Corporation NV, where they led a global transformation and successfully implemented a global Salesforce.com platform. Currently, Erik is the Global Director of Vehicle Operations at Ayvens.

Erik Staat earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, and Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 1999. Erik then attended the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels in 2010, where they obtained a certificate in Leadership Development Program. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued further education at Vlerick Business School and completed a certificate program in Service Management & Service Innovation.
