Gijs van Nes

Gijs van Nes currently serves as the Global Director HR Legal at Ayvens, starting in May 2023. Previously, Gijs held the position of Employment Lawyer at LeasePlan from March 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Gijs worked as an Advocaat/Lawyer at NautaDutilh for nearly 16 years, from August 2005 to February 2021. Gijs's educational background includes a Master of Law in Corporate Law from the University of Groningen (1997-2004), a Master's Degree in European Law from the University of Edinburgh Law School (2003), a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Studies from the University of Exeter (1996-1997), and a high school diploma from Stedelijk Gymnasium Breda (1991-1996).
