Justin Stavasius is a seasoned marketing automation professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Principal Marketing Automation Engineer at Ayvens since January 2024, Justin also owns Digital Wave Labs, providing Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultations and custom activity development. With a strong background in developing hyper-scalable solutions for LeasePlan across 30 countries and significant achievements in increasing conversion rates and optimizing email marketing strategies, Justin has held multiple positions in marketing automation and digital marketing since 2011. Past roles include implementing digital strategies for companies, establishing online platforms for interns, and improving operational efficiencies through in-depth process analysis. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication Management from Hanze University and has a foundation in financial administration.
