Manuel Bauten

Manuel Bauten is an experienced professional in transformation and strategy, currently serving as the Manager of the Transformation & Strategy Office at Ayvens since October 2024, focusing on post-merger integration between Leaseplan and ALD Automotive. Prior to this role, Manuel worked at CAMELOT Management Consultants from April 2020 to July 2024 as a Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, specializing in value chain strategy and transformation. Previously, positions included Project Manager at Xella Group, Consultant and Analyst at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, and an internship in Strategic Product Management at Porsche. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategy & International Business from Aston University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanze University, supplemented by international study at Istanbul Bilgi University. Additionally, Manuel participated in the US-German Government Scholarship for Young Professionals program.
