Maxim Sergeev

Maxim Sergeev currently serves as the Talent, Performance, Diversity & Culture / Regional HRD for Central & Eastern Europe, Baltics, and UAE at Ayvens, following the company's rebranding from ALD | LeasePlan in October 2023. Previously, Maxim held significant HR roles at ALD Automotive France, including Deputy HRD and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed career management, compensation and benefits, talent detection, succession planning, and support for senior leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking and various HR positions at Societe Generale, focusing on talent management and project coordination for integration processes. Maxim holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Cité and another Master’s in Human Resources Administration from Moscow University of Economy and Statistics.
