Nisha Nair

Nisha Nair currently serves as the International CRM Product Owner at Ayvens, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nisha gained extensive experience at Ubisoft from September 2020 to September 2025, progressing through various titles including CX Senior Program Manager, Customer Experience Program Manager, Associate Customer Experience Program Manager, and Business Analyst IT CRM. Nisha played a crucial role in improving game-oriented tools for CRM Operations teams in EMEA and NCSA and led a change management process for the transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Earlier experience includes roles at Infosys from September 2006 to September 2008 as an Information Systems Engineer and Assistant Engineer in Information Systems. Nisha holds a Master’s degree in Management des Systèmes d'Information from EPITA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from St. Mary's College, Thrissur.
