Ricardo Silva

Ricardo Silva serves as the Commercial, Marketing and Communications Director at Ayvens Portugal since May 2023. With extensive experience at LeasePlan from June 2001 to April 2024, Ricardo held various significant roles including Director Comercial and Deputy Director for Business Development, where leadership encompassed a team of 56 individuals and six direct reports, overseeing multiple business units such as consultancy services, product development, and international customer coordination. Ricardo also managed account relations for medium and large enterprises, ensuring high customer loyalty and business growth. Educationally, Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa, completed in 2003.
