Dayan de Alwis

Dayan De Alwis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Software, and Product Development at ALDAR since September 2013, Dayan has been instrumental in leading transformative initiatives, including the development and management of CRM and software solutions across multiple business units. Prior to this role, Dayan held positions as Vice President of CRM and Data Solutions, successfully implementing digital loyalty programs, and Assistant Manager overseeing CX implementations. Previous experience includes significant roles at Sorouh Real Estate, Emirates, and John Keells Computer Services, where Dayan contributed to ERP integrations and a variety of software projects. Dayan holds an MBA in IT Management from the University of Leicester and certifications including Certified Scrum Master and PMP.
