Fouad Sawma

Fouad Sawma is an experienced retail projects director currently at ALDAR Properties PJSC since April 2020, overseeing a 5 billion AED investment to redevelop a diverse portfolio of retail assets across the UAE, including prominent malls and mixed-use developments. Prior experience includes senior roles at Meraas Holding, where project development and delivery for landmark touristic destinations were managed, and ALEC FitOut, where high-end retail and commercial projects were delivered.
