Murad Younes

Murad Younes is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Loyalty Partnerships at ALDAR since September 2022, after previously holding the position of Assistant Vice President of Partnerships & Operations. Prior roles include serving as Management Advisor at Soum for a brief period in August 2022, Chief Operating Officer at Rizek from June 2021 to July 2022, and Country Operations Manager for UAE at Careem between October 2018 and May 2021, where additional responsibilities included Supply Manager for Early Staging Markets. Earlier experience includes Head of Operations Strategy at AYM Commerce, and various leadership roles at Aramex from July 2008 to January 2017, including Global Risk and Compliance Team Leader and Regional Manager for Business Improvement & Efficiency in the MEA region. Murad Younes holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from The Hashemite University and completed an Executive Development Program at the American University of Beirut in 2012.
