Pratik Barjatiya

Pratik Barjatiya is an accomplished Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in customer experience and loyalty management. At ALDAR, since October 2023, Pratik has led the development of Loyalty Apps and integrated sales communication strategies. Previously, as Product Program Manager at GMG, Pratik increased annual revenue by AED 45 million through mobile and web application improvements. Prior roles at Flipkart and Amazon involved significant achievements in fintech and customer experience enhancements, contributing to impressive growth in customer retention and satisfaction metrics. Pratik holds an MBA in Marketing from S P Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
