Deborah John

Started teaching career at Loxford School in 2016 as a teacher of social sciences and became an Achievement Team Leader in 2018.

Being an Achievement Team Leader for the last four years has allowed me to develop a sound understanding of the vision and daily strategic operations of the school alongside developing the skills required to drive the academic achievement of a cohort of 300 students.

And delighted to be elected as the Loxford Staff Committee Member and believe this is an opportunity to make a real contribution to the vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school.
