Shantal Shamoiel

Shantal Shamoiel currently serves as the Director of Performance, Quality, and Improvement at Aldea Children & Family Services, a position held since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the Training Institute and leading Continuing Education Training Hours. Previously, Shantal served as a Program Supervisor at Aldea from December 2012 to September 2019, supervising a foster care team and facilitating community trainings, along with holding the role of Emergency Placement Clinical Social Worker. Shantal's earlier experience includes work as an MFT Intern at White House Counseling Center, Critical Assessment Personnel at The Center for Behavior and Education Management, and Clinical Social Worker at Koinonia Family Services. Educational qualifications include a PsyD in Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, both obtained from Alliant International University.
