Inês Trindade has a strong background in human resources and recruitment. Inês'smost recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Aldelia, where they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Group Human Capital Director Regional Director at Aldelia starting in August 2021.
Before joining Aldelia, Inês worked as an International Business Project Manager at Arkadia Consulting from July 2018 to August 2021. Inês also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant while being self-employed from April 2017 to June 2018.
From 2013 to 2017, Inês worked at Elite International Careers, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the SADC Region from September 2013 to June 2014. Inês was then promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing the entire Talent Acquisition team and managing recruitment projects in Angola, Mozambique, and Pan Africa. During their tenure, they successfully improved client satisfaction in Recruitment Event participation.
Earlier in their career, Inês worked at Maersk Line as a Human Resources Manager from March 2006 to March 2008 and later as the Head of Human Resources for Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe from April 2008 to March 2009.
Inês Trindade completed their CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources at ICS Learn from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cape Town from 1994 to 2002, where they studied Economics. Additionally, they pursued a Masters degree in economics at the University of Bristol from 1999 to 2000.
