Alexandra Tsampoukou is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various roles within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Cook B at both Mitsis Group and Mayia Exclusive Resort and Spa since March 2024. Previously, Alexandra has worked at Evita Hotels as a Pastry Assistant and Cook B since May 2021, and at Louis Zante Beach as a Pastry Assistant and Cook C since April 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Cook C at Zante Park Resort and Spa and Aldemar Resorts, and roles as Assistant Cook at Restaurant Piperitsa. Alexandra has pursued formal education in culinary arts, obtaining a diploma in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from I.I.E.K σμαρνακη and currently studying Baking and Pastry Arts at Alison.
