Ioannis Rodokanakis is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality, currently serving as Group Operations Chef for Aldemar Resorts since February 2015, overseeing operations for a la carte restaurants. Prior to this role, Ioannis served as Head Chef and Kitchen Manager at Food Fund International, where "TheMeatCo restaurant" earned accolades as the Best Steakhouse in Dubai for 2014. Experience in Aldemar Resorts also includes positions as Resort Chef a la Carte and Chef de Cuisine in various prestigious establishments, managing kitchen operations and leading large culinary teams. Ioannis holds a Butcher Diploma from the Athens School of Meat Processing and a degree in Culinary Arts from the School of Tourism Professional.
