Kate Moran

Kate Moran is currently the Managing Director at Alden Street Capital, a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and repositioning student housing properties across the U.S. Prior to this, Kate held various Vice President positions at Waterton, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC, Cohen Financial (a Division of SunTrust Bank), and Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC, where Kate managed portfolios and executed investment strategies. Kate also has experience in originating Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities transactions during their time at J.P. Morgan. Kate holds a BA in Marketing & Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
