Dianne Costello

Dianne Costello has over 25 years of experience in telecom and Joint Use. Dianne began their career in 1995 as a Joint Use Finance Supervisor at CenturyLink, where they were responsible for supervising an occupational workforce and managing the company's Joint Use department. This included invoice payables, creating invoice receivables, permitting, network engineer support and data base management. Dianne also held the role of IMO Supervisor. In 2013, they joined Alden Systems as a Product Manager/Client Services. In this role, they provided simple to complex solutions to meet the needs of joint use departments for utilities, telecoms, and CATV companies. This included development and maintenance of attachment databases (JRM\u2122), interfacing with attachers to negotiate contracts, manage attachment requests, audit payment records, coordinate right-of-way access, and increase the efficiency of the joint-use management process.

Dianne Costello attended St. Ambrose University from 1974 to 1976, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
