Alex Rees

Alex Rees currently serves as the Head of Governance, Insights and Reporting at Aldermore Bank, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alex was a Programme Manager for Consumer Duty at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank from March 2023 to February 2024. With a substantial tenure at Barclays from January 2008 to March 2023, Alex held multiple key positions, including Senior Business Manager in UK SME Business Banking and Head of Conduct Risk. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Business and Risk Analyst and Project Manager. Alex holds a BA with 2:1 Honours in Economics from the University of Reading, completed in 2005.
