Justine Pernice

Justine Pernice is a seasoned professional in diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, currently serving as the Group Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager at Aldermore Bank since March 2023. Previously, Justine held the position of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at the London Borough of Redbridge from October 2022 to August 2023, and served as Senior Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Programme Manager at WorldSkills UK from December 2021 to September 2022. Justine also worked as the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager at BMT between January 2021 and October 2021. Justine earned a Bachelor of Science degree from London Metropolitan University, completing the program in August 2013.
