Sachin Waghmale

Sachin Waghmale is a seasoned Test Manager with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently at Aldermore Bank PLC since April 2019, Sachin leads testing initiatives for the Mortgage Product Switch project, focusing on defining and implementing efficient test strategies. Prior experience includes managing onsite testing services at Santander UK, overseeing Asset Finance projects at Aldermore Bank, and serving as an End-to-End Test Manager at Cognizant for significant programs such as the Colleague Collaboration Programme and various internet banking initiatives for Lloyds Banking Group. Sachin's career began with testing roles at S1 Services, ZenTest Labs, and Manorama Infosolutions, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree from Shivaji University.
