Joseph Carter

Joseph Carter has accumulated extensive experience in wastewater management through various roles in the sector. Currently serving as the Wastewater Facility Manager at Alderwood Water & Wastewater District since July 2021, Joseph previously held the position of Wastewater Superintendent at Lyon County from March 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, Joseph worked as a Plant Operator for Carson City, Nevada, from July 2014 to February 2019. Joseph's educational background includes studies at Western Nevada College.
